This is my contest entry for the Splice contest. 8D

Mix between a human (which he kinda looks like Ozzy Ozborn to me) a horse and a bird.

He has underdeveloped wings, mostly just feathers.
2 sets of arms, a large pair almost wing-like and a homid pair.
Tongue is long and tenticle-like, just like fruit eating birds.
Can stand on hindlegs but mostly creeps along on all 6s limbs.
Size avarages to the size of a Clydesdale, maybe slightly bigger.

He always has a smile on his face :>
